Maintain warehouse equipment in a safe, efficient operating condition;
Perform preventive maintenance for chargers, batteries and power equipment on schedule;
Issue purchase orders for parts ordered on approval;
Issue work orders for work performed;
Perform light maintenance on trailers including replacing lights and basic welding;
Assist in general maintenance of building and grounds including repairs to storage racks and basic electrical/plumbing work;
Perform monthly fire inspections;
Perform monthly sprinkler inspections
