Job Summary :
We are seeking a Yard Hand/Helper for our fleet and equipment yard to help with general duties such as maintaining a clean workspace, organizing, and inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pressure wash heavy equipment and work trucks
- Inventory small tools, power equipment, and other supplies
- Clear work areas of debris.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free job site
- Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment
- Store materials properly to prevent damage or loss
- Assist Foremen with equipment, materials, and tools
- Various maintenance and repairs
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Be able to use technology such as iPads and tablets
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, etc.
- Bilingual preferred
- Prior construction experience is a plus
- Ability to safely lift, move and stack objects up to 100 lbs.
- Ability to safely set and climb ladders
- Extended periods of standing, bending, and kneeling
