Office Pride of San Antonio–Helotes is looking for a reliable, motivated individual to join our team as an Evening Cleaning Operations Lead
.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in doing quality work, and is comfortable taking responsibility for helping a team succeed. You will spend your evenings visiting customer locations, supporting cleaning team members, checking completed work, assisting with coverage, and helping maintain the high standards our customers expect.

You don't have to have years of management experience to succeed in this role. We're looking for someone dependable, organized, confident communicating with others, and willing to lead by example, also would prefer someone with cleaning experience.

As an Evening Cleaning Operations Lead, you will:

• Support cleaning employees across multiple customer locations.
• Help team members stay on schedule and complete assigned work correctly.
• Conduct quality inspections and follow up on areas that need improvement.
• Train and assist new employees with cleaning procedures, expectations, and safety.
• Help coordinate coverage when an employee is absent or a shift needs support.
• Communicate with customers and management regarding service needs.
• Document inspections, employee support, and service information through company technology.
• Encourage professionalism, accountability, teamwork, and excellent customer service.
• Step in and perform cleaning duties when needed.

The right candidate will be someone who:

• Is at least 18 years old
  .
• Has a valid driver's license and dependable personal transportation
  .
• Can work evening shifts Wednesday through Saturday
  .
• Is willing to travel between customer locations throughout the San Antonio area.
• Is comfortable occasionally attending daytime meetings or training.
• Can legally work in the United States and provide required I-9 documentation.
• Can lift up to 35 pounds and perform the physical requirements of commercial cleaning.
• Has dependable attendance and takes responsibility for their work.
• Communicates clearly and professionally with employees, customers, and management.
• Is comfortable using smartphones, tablets, mobile applications, and other digital technology.
• Can learn and use company systems for scheduling, inspections, reporting, and communication.

• Part-time evening position
