Floor Tech Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 15.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available
• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM $15.00/hour
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM | $15.50/hour
• 3rd Shift: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM | $16.00/hour

Responsible for performing a full range of floor care and cleaning duties in a fast-paced industrial environment.

• Perform floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, buffing, stripping, and waxing.
• Operate and maintain floor care equipment (e.g., buffers, auto scrubbers) safely and effectively.
• Handle waste disposal and maintain high cleanliness standards across assigned areas.

Floor Tech

Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods (9.5-hour shifts)
• Must be comfortable working in non-climate-controlled conditions (temperatures may be hot and cold and it may be noisy)
• Must have at least 1 year of floor tech or relevant janitorial experience
• Must be comfortable working with dust, chemicals

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
