Spotless Auto LLC, a large and growing automotive dealership, is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented full-time janitor to help maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment for our customers and employees.

This position is responsible for the daily cleanliness and upkeep of dealership facilities, including showrooms, offices, restrooms, customer waiting areas, break rooms, hallways, entrances, and other common areas. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, stays organized, and understands the importance of maintaining high cleanliness standards throughout the day.

Responsibilities include:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, sinks, toilets, mirrors, and fixtures.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the dealership.
• Empty trash cans, replace liners, and properly dispose of waste.
• Clean windows, glass doors, desks, countertops, and high-touch surfaces.
• Maintain customer waiting areas, employee break rooms, and office spaces.
• Restock restroom supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.
• Keep entrances, sidewalks, and exterior customer areas clean and presentable.
• Address spills, debris, and other cleaning needs promptly.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and notify management when additional inventory is needed.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or facility issues to management.
• Assist with occasional deep-cleaning projects and additional facility-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous janitorial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities without constant supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean workplace.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift cleaning supplies or equipment as needed.
• Professional attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed.
