Maintenance Worker, General Labor, Building Maintenance

Job Description We’re looking for a reliable General Laborer to support daily maintenance and operations in our equipment yard. This role keeps the yard organized, equipment clean, and materials staged so crews can work efficiently and safely.

• Perform general yard maintenance, cleanup, and organization
• Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
• Assist with basic repairs, tool cleaning, and equipment upkeep
• Maintain safe, clean work areas and follow all company safety procedures
• Support yard manager and field crews with miscellaneous labor tasks

• Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
• Basic mechanical or maintenance experience preferred
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and operate common yard tools/equipment

This is a hands‐on, outdoor role in an active construction yard. Candidates should be comfortable working around heavy equipment and staying organized in a fast‐moving environment.
