Facilities Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team on weekends. The role focuses on maintaining and cleaning HVAC coils to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Responsibilities- Perform routine cleaning of HVAC coils to maintain system functionality.
- Disassemble and reassemble HVAC components as needed for maintenance tasks.
- Document all maintenance activities accurately and keep records organized.
- Proven experience in cleaning HVAC coils.
- Proficiency in disassembly and reassembly of HVAC components.
- Strong ability to maintain documentation and communicate effectively in English.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for up to 12 hours per day.

Work EnvironmentWork is conducted indoors within a large climate-controlled facility, ensuring comfort throughout your shifts. The weekend shift runs from Saturday to Sunday, 6 am to 6 pm, requiring physical endurance to meet the demands of the role.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
