Maintenance Technician - Brio at Lookout

Grey Star -  - Responsibilities:
Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property by diagnosing defects and performing repairs according to policies and safety standards;
Complete the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing, including pre-move-out inspections and coordinating needed repairs;
Access and obtain materials, supplies, and equipment from the maintenance department and manage inventory;
Complete documentation and paperwork to ensure service requests are properly recorded and tracked;
Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning, pressure-washing, painting curbs/signage, and debris removal
