Maintenance Technician - View at TPC

Position: Maintenance Technician - The View at TPC
Grey Star -  - Responsibilities:
Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs in accordance with safety standards and code requirements;
Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing by conducting pre-move-out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors, and inspecting completed work;
Follows procedures to obtain materials, track inventory, and notify supervisor about re-ordering needs;
Completes documentation and paperwork to ensure service requests are properly tracked;
Assists in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning, pressure-washing, painting, and performing related tasks
