Grey Star - - Responsibilities:
Perform make-ready repairs and improvements to vacant apartment homes to meet occupancy standards;
Caulk and seal around windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers as needed;
Inspect sheetrock for damage and perform repairs or replacements as needed;
Conduct touch-up painting for vacant and occupied units as directed by supervisor;
Assist in groundskeeping and general cleaning of common areas and amenities; perform related tasks such as pressure-washing breezeways and pool areas; paint curbs and signage as needed;
Fix parts when possible to control costs and use materials efficiently; complete required maintenance documentation in a timely manner
