Grey Star - - Responsibilities:
Perform repairs and improvements to apartment homes prior to move-in;
Inspect sheetrock and repair/replace as needed;
Caulk and seal around windows, sinks, toilets, showers;
Paint touch-ups on vacant and occupied units;
Maintain grounds and common areas; assist with cleaning and painting curbs/signage;
Complete make-ready checklist and maintenance documentation;
Attend safety meetings and training; adhere to OSHA and safety policies;
Respond to resident questions and concerns with prompt, courteous service
