We are looking for a hands-on Lead General Cleaner to help maintain a clean, safe, and professional facility while supporting and overseeing the daily work of the cleaning team. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in quality work, leads by example, and has previous commercial or industrial cleaning experience.

Monday – Thursday | 48 hours per week

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• $15.50 – $16.00 per hour
• Paid weekly – every Friday!

As a Lead General Cleaner, you will perform daily cleaning duties while helping ensure the team completes assigned work safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.

Lead Responsibilities:

• Provide daily direction and support to cleaning team members
• Help assign and prioritize cleaning tasks
• Lead by example and assist with cleaning duties as needed
• Monitor work areas to ensure quality and cleanliness standards are met
• Communicate supply, staffing, safety, or facility concerns to management
• Help ensure team members follow site procedures and safety requirements

Cleaning

Duties Include:

• Cleaning restrooms, offices, break rooms, stairwells, lobbies, manufacturing areas, and supply closets
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
• Cleaning and sanitizing surfaces
• Window cleaning
• Removing trash and recycling
• Policing grounds and work areas for litter
• Performing routine floor care Stocking cleaning and supply rooms
• Maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Previous commercial, industrial, or janitorial cleaning experience preferred
• Lead or supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to walk, stand, reach, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs. independently
• Ability to work the full 12-hour scheduled shift
• Must follow all facility safety and cleaning procedures
• Must wear required PPE and work attire, including a LACOSTA shirt, safety glasses, safety vest, steel-toed shoes/boots, and long pants
• Must remove jewelry and accessories while working where required
