• Clean and maintain the cleanliness of resident rooms, common areas, and public spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces
• Restock linens, toiletries, and other supplies as needed
• Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, and ironing
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of storage areas and closets
• Respond to resident requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with other housekeeping staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning schedule
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
