Office Pride of San Antonio-Helotes is looking for a dependable, motivated person to join our team as an Evening Team Lead.
This position is a great fit for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys helping others, and is ready to take on some additional responsibility. You’ll support our cleaning teams, visit customer locations, check completed work, assist with coverage, and help maintain the quality our customers expect.
Responsibilities- Support cleaning teams at multiple customer locations.
- Check completed work and perform quality inspections.
- Help train new employees on cleaning procedures and expectations.
- Assist with coverage when employees are absent.
- Communicate with employees, customers, and management regarding service needs.
- Help document inspections and service information using company technology.
- Step in and assist with cleaning when needed.
- Lead by example and promote teamwork, accountability, and good customer service.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
- Available to work Wednesday-Sunday evenings.
- Comfortable traveling between customer locations in the San Antonio area.
- Dependable attendance and strong follow-through.
- Good communication and people skills.
- Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile apps.
- Able to lift up to 35 pounds and perform the physical requirements of commercial cleaning.
- Able to provide required I-9 documentation.
Commercial cleaning experience is preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
