Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (may include nights, weekends, and additional hours as necessary)

In this role, you will be responsible for repairs and maintenance of assigned manufacturing‑related equipment throughout the facility in accordance with standard procedures, internal requirements, manufacturer’s specifications and safety policies. You will perform a wide variety of skilled work across multiple functions and operations of the preventive maintenance system.

• Perform maintenance service and repairs on assigned equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, replace, and maintain existing mechanical systems and associated equipment including air compressors, air dryers, dehumidifiers, cooling towers, etc.
• Facilitate and accurately follow detailed operational instructions and prints for job setups.
• Administer the preventive maintenance system and provide required reports.
• Determine preventive maintenance requirements for new equipment and educate and train equipment operators to perform routine maintenance.
• Maintain a safe and effective work area/environment and use appropriate personal protective and safety equipment.
• Support the Facilities Function as needed.
• Maintain consistent, punctual attendance.

• U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
• High School Diploma, GED, or a combination of relevant education and work experience sufficient to meet educational requirements.
• Vocational training, apprenticeships, or equivalent experience within the injection molding field (preferred: Arburg and Engel presses).
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience working independently with PLC programming, basic troubleshooting, and familiarity with automation controls.
• Working knowledge of mechanical and electromechanical components and equipment.
• Familiarity with reading and interpreting documents, schematics, and blueprints.
• Ability to recognize and solve typical problems from established operating procedures and/or scientific methods.
• Experience operating forklifts and other powered equipment.
• Ability to work within a team environment and adapt to changes in work requirements.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
