Typical Schedule:

The work schedule will be determined based on client and community needs. The position may require occasional evening, weekend, and holiday work. Additional hours outside of normal office hours may be necessary to meet business requirements.

Community Summary Talega is located in the hills above San Clemente, the “Spanish Village by the Sea”, on the Southern California Coast, midway between Orange County and San Diego. Role Summary The Onsite Community Maintenance Coordinator serves as a key support role responsible for ensuring the day-to-day maintenance operations of the community and on-site facilities are run smoothly. This position oversees the maintenance of facilities and common areas, parks and streetscape, performs on-site inspections, and provides customer service assistance. The Onsite Community Maintenance Coordinator supports the Facilities Manager in meeting Talega Maintenance Corporation’s goals and objectives while ensuring safe, effective, and efficient day-to-day operations that align with the Talega community vision through the maintenance of common grounds and facilities.

This role provides recreational and administrative support, assists with customer service needs, upholds the aesthetics of the community as directed by the Board, and ensures the highest level of service is provided to Talega Members and their families, friends, and guests.
