Housekeeper - Part Time

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeper for a direct hire opportunity in San Clemente, CA. This role is ideal for a reliable, detail-oriented housekeeping professional who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming residential environment. The Housekeeper will join an established household support team and provide consistent coverage on a part-time schedule, with additional opportunities for holiday, event, and backup coverage.

• Perform detailed housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, orderly, and well-presented home.
• Clean assigned living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and shared spaces to a high standard.
• Support household needs during weekday Federal holidays, special events, and occasional evenings or weekends.
• Provide backup coverage when other housekeepers are out or unavailable.
• Follow established cleaning routines, household preferences, and quality expectations.
• Communicate professionally with household team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Direct hire opportunity.
• Pay range: $30 to $40 per hour.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with 16 confirmed hours per week.
• Additional coverage may be needed for weekday Federal holidays, staff time off, evenings, weekends, and events.
• Potential for additional days as another house is acquired.
• Location:
  
  San Clemente, CA.

• Perform high-quality residential housekeeping and cleaning.
• Maintain household cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards.
• Provide flexible coverage for holidays, staff absences, and occasional events.
• Work collaboratively with other household staff.
• 3 to 5 years of housekeeping experience preferred for this level of role.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to follow household routines, instructions, and preferences.
• Dependable, punctual, discreet, and professional.
• Comfortable working as part of a household team.
• Flexibility to provide occasional evening, weekend, holiday, or backup coverage as needed.

• Experience working in a private residence or high-end household environment.
• Prior experience supporting events or additional household coverage.
• Ability to adapt as household needs and schedules evolve.
