Are you looking for a new and exciting opportunity with a growing company? We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at a beautiful property in San Diego, CA!

• The duties include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more; candidate should have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused.

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance!
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

• $26-$28/hour DOE
