Maintenance Supervisor

Overview

• Oversee daily apartment maintenance, emergency repairs, and unit turnovers.
• Preserve the asset’s value and uphold ownership objectives with a hands-on, on-site presence.
• Mentor and develop maintenance staff, improve maintenance techniques, and coordinate with outside vendors.
• Ensure units are prepared to high standards and perform repairs across carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, masonry, and appliance installation as needed.
• Maintain calm and effective response during high-energy or emergency situations.

• Minimum of two+ years in the multifamily industry with at least one+ year of supervisory experience leading a commercial or residential maintenance and grounds team.
• Ability to work in high-energy and emergency environments; remains calm under pressure.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and Outlook).
• Yardi Voyager experience is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree is a plus.

• Position:
  Maintenance Supervisor / Facilities Manager with compensation of $22.00 per hour.
• Two-bedroom housing unit and benefits.
• Support in management responsibilities and access to a multimillion-dollar community asset to maintain.
