We are looking for a Stage Manager to join the team.

Main duties:

• Ensure the installation, operation, and dismantling of audiovisual equipment on services.
• Ensure the good operational coordination of technical interventions and contribute to the success of events.
• Provide technical support to users during meetings and services.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment to ensure their availability and reliability.
• Participate in the management of the material park: checks, status monitoring, equipment availability.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth execution and compliance with requirements.

Education and experience:

You have an audiovisual, technical, or related field education. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a stage manager or in a similar position is expected.

Key skills and professional abilities:

• Ability to anticipate and quickly resolve technical problems, including in live situations
• Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate clearly within a technical team
• Organizational skills and event coordination competence
• Reactivity and stress resistance during performances
• Flexible working hours
• Strict respect for safety and confidentiality procedures
• Professionalism and ease in direct contact with VIPs
