Job Title

Maintenance Building Manager

Under the supervision of the Head of Building Management, you will oversee and coordinate the execution of building maintenance tasks by your team to achieve the objectives. Your responsibilities include:

• Leading and evaluating the team of carpenters: planning, assigning, and detailing the work to be done
• Communicating information within the team and externally
• Organizing construction sites or interventions and monitoring adherence to processes, quality, and deadlines while ensuring safety regulations are followed
• Tracking intervention requests from the workshop and agent hours
• Performing interior and exterior carpentry repair work
• Carrying out creation, design, and renovation projects
• Preparing and setting up street art for events organized by the City
• Supporting companies during periodic maintenance visits of machinery
• Managing the workshop's carpentry stock

CAP/BEP in Carpentry or Joinery, Driving License B, Knowledge of Astech software is appreciated, You have relevant experience in a similar position and in a supervisory role, You are familiar with current regulations (C1500, asbestos, lead…), You understand hygiene and safety rules and techniques, You have team spirit and good interpersonal skills, You have adaptability and analytical skills, Organized and meticulous, you demonstrate responsiveness.
