Groundsperson

Role Overview

As a Groundsperson, your primary goal is to maintain excellent curb appeal by ensuring all areas of the community sparkle. Working outdoors, you will remove trash, pressure wash, and clean high‑traffic areas to create an inviting environment for residents.

• Remove trash from the community.
• Pressure‑wash walkways, sidewalks, and common areas.
• Clean high‑traffic areas to maintain curb appeal.
• Work with the service team to meet community deadlines and standards.

Hourly pay: $18.50 – $20.50 plus bonuses. Health and retirement benefits available.
