Facilities Maintenance Technician

Aerotek -  - Responsibilities:
Perform general facility repairs including walls, doors, ceilings, office fixtures, and minor construction projects;
Conduct routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems;
Complete light carpentry, painting, cleaning, and exterior maintenance;
Support preventive maintenance activities on facility equipment;
Maintain and service workplace appliances (refrigerators, freezers, coffee machines, microwaves, dishwashers);
Assist with facility improvements, office moves, and ergonomic workstation setups;
Work with outside vendors and contractors when needed;
Use a CMMS to track work orders and maintenance activities;
Provide updates on maintenance projects and respond to facility requests in a timely manner;
Participate in an on-call security rotation as part of the facilities team
