• Oversee trash and recycling management, ensuring waste areas are clean and compliant with regulations.
• Conduct daily inspections of indoor spaces to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, or needed repairs and report to Supervisor.
• Adhere to all OSHA, local safety standards, and proper chemical handling (SDS) guidelines.

• Maintain clean, attractive, and safe exterior areas, including pathways, patios, parking lots, landscaping, and waterfront/outdoor amenities.
• Perform regular groundskeeping tasks: trash collection, pressure washing surfaces, blowing leaves, edging, and minor garden/planter maintenance.
• Operate and safely store power equipment (e.g., pressure washers, leaf blowers, mowers, and line trimmers).
• Monitor outdoor lighting, signage, fences, and gates to ensure full operational order.

• Assist with the setup and breakdown of tables, chairs, tents, AV equipment, and decor for private events, functions, and daily activities.
• Maintain organized storage spaces for event equipment, furniture, and facility tools.

• Experience:
  
  2+ years of experience in facility maintenance, groundskeeping, janitorial service, or a related role (hospitality/private club experience preferred).
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and operation of hand/power tools.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to stand, bend, stretch, climb ladders, and walk for extended periods.
• Certifications:
  
  Valid driver’s license required. Basic safety or CPR/First Aid certifications are a plus.

  Strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, reliable time management, and a clean, professional demeanor around members and guests.
