What Your Day Actually Looks Like

Work independently or team up with others for bigger jobs—you'll know your teammates

Serve beautiful neighborhoods:
Del Mar, La Jolla, Carmel Valley, Point Loma

Home by 4-5 PM most days

Get paid weekly (not bi-weekly like most companies)

How You Actually Get Paid

Total Weekly Pay:

This includes your base pay, tips, and performance bonuses combined.

How the pay breaks down:

Base Pay:

Flat rate per cleaning job completed

Tips:

Keep 100% of tips from clients (included in your weekly total)

Attendance Bonus:

5% bump on base pay for perfect attendance

Performance Bonuses:

Here s where it gets good...

Earn $10 for every 5-star Google review a client leaves about you

PLUS earn $250 bonus for every 10 reviews (at 10, 20, 30, 40 reviews)

Bottom line: Great cleaners who make clients happy consistently earn at the higher end of the range.
