BG Staffing is seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper to support an apartment community in San Diego, CA 92115. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and brings a positive, dependable work ethic to the team.

Responsibilities

* Maintain cleanliness of community grounds, breezeways, and common areas

* Remove trash and debris from the property

* Assist with landscaping, lawn care, and exterior upkeep

* Help with power washing of walkways, breezeways, and exterior surfaces as needed

* Support the maintenance team with basic tasks

* Prepare vacant units by removing trash and assisting with light cleaning

* Ensure the property remains safe, clean, and inviting for residents and visitors

Requirements

* Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or general labor experience preferred

* Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

* Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment

* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

* Positive attitude and willingness to support the onsite team
