Service Technician - One Paseo

Grey Star -  - Responsibilities:
Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property by diagnosing the source or cause of the defect or problem, and making repairs in accordance with established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements.;
Complete the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move-ins by performing pre-move-out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors, obtaining supplies, completing maintenance tasks, and inspecting completed work.;
Access materials, supplies, and equipment from the property maintenance department, track inventory used, return unused items, and notify supervisor about re-ordering needs.;
Complete documentation and paperwork to ensure service requests are accurately recorded and tracked.;
Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning, pressure-washing, painting curbs and signage, and general upkeep.;
Support cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible and using materials efficiently.
