On-Site Service Specialist

Job Title

Pay rate: $19.00- $21.00/hr

7:30am- 4:30pm

San Diego, CA Temp to hire COVID Requirements:
Standard vaccines 1 and 2 are required.

Summary:

• Mail, shipping, and receiving support, including handling incoming and outgoing shipments and distributing mail.
• Responsible for maintaining check copiers to ensure they are operational and fully stocked with supplies.
• Provides light facilities support as needed.
• High-quality customer service skills.
• Strong technical aptitude, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
• Requires extensive standing, walking, lifting.

• Dress Code:
  Business casual, polo shirt, khaki pants, comfortable walking shoe.
• Driving:
  Yes, if hired as full-time Ricoh employee
• Free assigned parking in structure.

Qualifications:

• Requires high school diploma, GED and 1 –2 years of experience or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Some related copy job experience is preferred.
• Requires valid driver's license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good PC skills
• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize
• Mathematical and filing skills
• Ability to use office machines and technical equipment
