Maintenance Technician III
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician III to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex automated manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and controls experience, preferably in a GMP/FDA-regulated manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and repair automated manufacturing equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance using CMMS/Maximo.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, PLC, controls, and automation issues.
- Read and interpret schematics, manuals, and technical documentation.
- Monitor equipment performance and help reduce downtime.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
- Follow all safety, GMP, FDA, ISO, and quality requirements.
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams.
- High School Diploma/GED required; technical training preferred.
- 2+ years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience.
- Hands-on experience with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and automated equipment.
- PLC/controls troubleshooting experience preferred.
- GMP/FDA/ISO-regulated manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
