Maintain common areas of office buildings, apartment houses, or other commercial or institutional buildings in clean and orderly condition;
Spot clean the lobby glass doors and polish chrome on lobby doors;
Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls, and tops twice a day;
Clean restrooms twice daily and empty exterior trash receptacles;
Sweep stairs, entrances, and remove debris; police lobby during high-traffic times
