Position Summary:The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall condition of company facilities. This role performs routine janitorial and facility support duties while helping maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming work environment for employees and visitors.

- Basic grounds maintenance and exterior cleanliness

Facility Cleaning & Maintenance
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, organized, and welcoming work environments.
- Monitor facility supply inventory and restock janitorial, breakroom, kitchen, restroom, and other common area supplies as needed.
- Perform routine cleaning activities including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, and restroom maintenance.
- Clean and disinfect common areas and high-touch surfaces throughout the facility.
- Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, organized, and welcoming work environment.
- Perform basic grounds maintenance, including mowing, landscaping, and exterior cleanup.
- Respond to facility cleaning requests and maintenance-related needs as assigned.
- Support facility improvement projects and perform other general facility duties as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous janitorial, custodial, facilities, or general maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment, supplies, and safe cleaning practices.
- Ability to perform routine facility maintenance and groundskeeping tasks.
- Ability to safely use common hand tools and cleaning equipment.
- Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, lifting, bending, and walking throughout the shift.
- Hourly Range: $20 - $25 (based on experience and skillset)
