We are currently seeking a positive, hard-working, self-motivated individuals to join our fantastic team as our Maintenance Engineering Supervisor at our island-inspired resort.

This role will
report
to: The Director of Engineering
The Maintenance Engineering Supervisor oversees the maintenance and operation of resort facilities, equipment, and building systems. This hands-on role supervises engineering team members, manages work orders, supports preventive maintenance programs, and helps ensure a safe and exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise Engineering team members and daily operations.
- Manage work orders and preventive maintenance programs.
- Diagnose and repair building, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and equipment maintenance.
- Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and supplies.
- Conduct safety inspections and support special projects.
- Experience in general building maintenance, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Basic working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to use power and hand tools safely.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Open availability, including weekends and holidays.
- HVAC and refrigeration experience.
- EPA 608 Certification.
- Experience with painting, drywall, copper pipe soldering, and pool maintenance.
- Prior hotel or resort engineering supervisory experience.
- Pay Range of $25 - $27.72
- Potential for overtime, compensated per California regulations.
