Interim Senior Service Technician - Vora Mission Valley

Grey Star -  - Responsibilities:
Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance.;
Diagnoses the source of defects and makes repairs following safety standards and policies.;
Completes the make-ready process for vacant units, including pre-move-out inspections, punch lists, scheduling vendors, obtaining supplies, completing tasks, and inspecting work.;
Manages materials by tracking inventory and notifying maintenance supervisor about re-ordering needs.;
Completes documentation and paperwork for service requests to ensure accurate tracking.
