This represents the good faith estimate of the annual salary range we reasonably expect to pay for this position upon hire, based on the selected candidate’s experience, education, skills, internal alignment, and overall business needs.

In select cases, and depending on market conditions or exceptional candidate qualifications, compensation may exceed this range, provided it aligns with applicable law and our compensation policies. Performs a wide variety of skilled maintenance, inspection, repair, and facilities coordination work for residential housing properties managed by Aztec Shops. This position serves as the primary facilities liaison for residential properties and coordinates maintenance and repair projects involving vendors, contractors, property management teams, and internal stakeholders.

In addition to facilities maintenance responsibilities, this role manages facilities projects, vendor coordination, and residential maintenance operations support across multiple residential properties. Responsibilities include conducting property inspections, coordinating preventative maintenance activities, tracking project progress and documentation, supporting operational planning, and ensuring safe, functional, and well-maintained residential facilities.

This position works collaboratively with property management on-site facilities directors, managers, contractors, vendors, residents, and university personnel to support residential operations and resident satisfaction. This role will supervise facilities personnel within the Aztec Shops Real Estate & Business Development division. This role reports directly to the Associate Director, Residential Property Management and coordinates, communicates, collaborates with and may take project, repair and maintenance direction from the Associate Director, Capital Improvement Projects.

• Coordinates maintenance and repair activities across multiple residential housing properties.
