Avanath is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance activities at our San Diego communities. You will manage staff and vendors to deliver timely service, superb curb appeal, and a high level of resident care, while partnering with the Community Manager to uphold Avanath standards.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of multifamily maintenance experience and one year of supervisory experience, with hands‑on expertise in plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, electrical and carpentry.
