Maintenance Technician - Lark Landing

The successful Maintenance Technician will complete preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers. As part of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, customer service, and a hazard-free environment.

This is an on‑site position.

Pay: $23 – $26 per hour, DOE.

• Completes work orders in a timely and accurate manner. Cleans up after work is complete.
• Performs repairs on the property, including painting, basic carpentry or wall repair, plumbing, and electrical.
• Cleans apartments during the turnover process, as directed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of basic building maintenance acquired through training or experience.

• Minimum of one (1) year in skilled maintenance work.
• Technical training in one or more building trades preferred.

• Take direction from the supervisor.
• Read, write, do basic math, and follow instructions.
• Flexible to change work plans.
• Maintain a professional personal appearance.
• Legally operate a motor vehicle (valid driver’s license and insurance).
• Proficiency in building maintenance tasks such as electrical and plumbing.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Yardi is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and organized in completing tasks.
• Motivated by entrepreneurial spirit—ability to drive new initiatives within the role.
