Two-Coast-Living is looking for a Lead Maintenance Technician in San Francisco to oversee facility maintenance and repairs for our multifamily property. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in property maintenance, including supervisory experience, and be skilled in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
You will ensure that property amenities are clean and well-maintained while managing work orders effectively. This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional on-call hours.
