Janitor - Lark Landing

We have an immediate need for an organized, dependable Janitor/Custodian to join our maintenance staff. Daily duties include cleaning and maintaining the lobby, windows, doors, mopping floors, vacuuming halls and carpets, cleaning laundry rooms, community rooms, conference rooms and management offices.

Hourly: $21–23/hour

• Cleans and maintains entry lobby, including windows, doors, floors, and carpets daily and as needed
• Cleans laundry room, community room, conference room, and management offices daily
• Vacuum hallways daily
• Cleans community bathrooms daily and as needed to maintain sanitation

• Two (2) years of experience in custodial or janitorial work
