The successful Maintenance Technician will complete preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers. As part of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, customer service, and a hazard‑free environment.
This is an on‑site position.
Pay: $24–$25.75 per hour, dependent on experience.

- Completes work orders in a timely and accurate manner and cleans up after work is complete
- Performs repairs on the property, including painting, basic carpentry or wall repair, plumbing, and electrical
- Cleans apartments during turnover process, as directed
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of basic building maintenance through training or experience
- Minimum of one (1) year in skilled maintenance work
- Technical training in one or more building trades
- Electrical and plumbing knowledge (basic)
- Yardi novice
- Take direction from the supervisor
- Read, write, do basic math, and follow instructions
- Flexible to change work plans
- Maintain a professional personal appearance
- Legally operate a motor vehicle (valid driver’s license and insurance)
- Detail oriented – capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well
- Entrepreneurial spirit – inspired to perform well by an ability to drive new ventures within the business
