Property Maintenance and Inspection Positions – Fresno, CA
Location:
Fresno, CA.
Employment type:
Full‑time or part‑time. Pay ranges from $23.50 to $75.00 hourly, with some full‑time roles offering annual salaries and benefits.
- Maintenance Technician – Responsible for the overall maintenance and appearance of the building and grounds; supervises and trains maintenance, housekeeping, and grounds employees as applicable; ensures safety and compliance with standards. Pay: $23.50 per hour. Full‑time.
- Traveling Maintenance Technician (Inland Empire Base) – Provides on‑site maintenance support for the maintenance strike team. Pay: $75.00 per hour (part‑time).
- General Laborer – Site Cleanup – Executes removal of debris, trash, and hazardous materials from work areas. Pay: $19.00 per hour (permanent, part‑time).
- Field Associate – Rental Property Showings – Conducts property showings for rental homes as a 1099 contractor. Pay: $27.00 per hour.
- Home Inspector (Asteroom) – Licensed inspectors assess residential properties for safety, compliance, and structural defects. Pay: $24.00 per hour. Full‑time.
- Rotating Property Manager (Winn Companies) – Supports multiple affordable housing properties, coordinating maintenance, tenant relations, and lease administration. Pay: $19.00 per hour (permanent, part‑time).
- Residential Property Supervisor – Manages daily operations of a residential property, including maintenance coordination and tenant services. Pay: $68,000 per year plus medical, life insurance, 401(k), and car allowance.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm with some evenings required. - Community Builder – Live‑in employee assisting the Property Manager and social service partners on site. Pay: $68,640 per year.
