EPT SPE LLC is looking for a Maintenance Technician II in San Mateo, CA. In this full-time role, you'll maintain essential building systems and respond to resident maintenance requests promptly. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of approximately $26.92–$31.25, a full benefits package, 12 paid holidays, and a housing discount of 20% for eligible positions.
