The Painter is responsible for maintaining the appearance and condition of the hotel's interior and exterior surfaces. This role supports the hotel's luxury standards by ensuring guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house spaces, and facilities are well‑maintained, attractive, and in excellent condition.

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, scraping, patching, and priming.
• Paint, stain, varnish, and finish walls, ceilings, doors, furniture, and other surfaces.
• Perform touch‑up painting in guest rooms, corridors, restaurants, meeting spaces, and public areas.
• Repair damaged drywall, plaster, and painted surfaces.
• Maintain hotel aesthetic standards and brand presentation.
• Mix and match paints to achieve required colors and finishes.
• Safely operate painting tools, ladders, scaffolding, and related equipment.
• Store and handle paints, solvents, and chemicals according to safety standards.
• Respond to maintenance work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist Engineering and Maintenance teams with renovation and refurbishment projects.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify painting and cosmetic repair needs.
• Maintain inventory of paints, supplies, and equipment.
• Follow all health, safety, environmental, and hotel policies.

• Hourly Wage $69.52
