Overview

Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently seeking a Painter to support operations at the San Francisco VA Medical Center located at 4150 Clement Street, San Francisco, CA 94121. • Install soft flooring systems, including LVT, VCT, and carpet
• Perform subsurface preparation for floors, walls, and ceilings prior to final finishes
• Perform painting work (brush and roller) at the journeyman level
• Install ceiling systems, including acoustic and hard‑lid ceilings with grid modifications
• Support general project tasks (materials handling, site control) up to 25% of total effort

• Must be a U.S. citizen to apply for this job
• Experience consistent with Davis‑Bacon classification PAIN
  0016‑012 (Painter)
• Ability to work independently under VA project direction
• English communication skills sufficient for daily coordination and customer interaction
• Completion of VA orientation, safety, and required training courses
• Background check and VA badge required

$30.71 - $36.26/hr

• Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift
• Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
• Lift up to 20 lbs
• Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance
• Push/pull with 30 lbs of force
