Clean and sanitize plateware, silverware, glassware, pots & pans, utensils and equipment; keep work area tidy and ready for service;
Operate the dishwashing machine to manufacturer specifications and instructions;
Set up work station, fill dish machine, check chemical levels, presoaking, and gather setup equipment;
Replenish supplies, rinse and scrape dishes, and transport garbage to dump sites while adhering to recycling regulations;
Monitor and maintain chemical and water temperatures; ensure safety and proper handling of chemicals
