Maintenance Technician

Human Good community is seeking a Maintenance Technician 2 to support a safe, comfortable environment for older adults in our senior living community. In this role, you'll perform routine and preventive maintenance on resident apartments, building systems, and common areas, including basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs. You'll respond to work orders, support room turns and event set-ups, and help keep grounds and mechanical spaces clean and safe.
