Lead all maintenance operations for luxury lease-up, including building systems, common areas, and amenity spaces. Establish and manage preventive maintenance schedules and standards from day one. Oversee apartment turnovers and unit readiness in coordination with the leasing team to support lease-up velocity. Manage third-party contractors and vendors, including compliance with contracts and scopes of work. Maintain impeccable curb appeal and pristine building presentation consistent with Class A luxury standards.
Hire, train, and supervise maintenance team members, building a responsive, service-first maintenance culture.
Base salary $120k - $130k based on experience & benefits On-site two-bedroom apartment with all utilities included
