Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40 hours/week (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM; light flexibility requested for occasional help during weekend events)

Compensation: $65 - $70 per hour (On W-2 Payroll)

We are representing a wonderful family of four in seeking a high-caliber, warm, and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to manage and maintain a beautiful 11,000 sq. ft., 4-level residence (serviced by an elevator) featuring 7 bedrooms, 7 full bathrooms, and 2 powder rooms. The household consists of two adults and one high school senior (with an older sibling away at boarding school), along with one friendly Yorkshire Terrier.

The home is a positive, happy, and easygoing environment with a pseudo-Japanese aesthetic and a strict no outside shoes policy. The principals work from home on a hybrid basis. They value meticulous care, eco-friendly practices, and long-term commitment as their previous housekeeper is retiring after 20 exceptional years.

• 5+ years of experience in a high-end, private residential estate or luxury environment. Experience in large-scale properties (10,000+ sq. ft.) is highly preferred.

• Knowledge: Familiarity with eco-friendly/organic cleaning products and proper techniques for delicate, specialty surfaces.

• Professionalism: Discrete, dependable, and capable of working independently while principals are in residence.
• Legal Authorization: Fully authorized to work in the United States with clean background checks and references.

• Execute daily cleaning across all 4 levels and 11k sq. ft. of the primary residence including rotating deep cleaning
• Safely clean and preserve specialty surfaces, high-end materials, and delicate decor
• Maintain adherence to green, organic, and non-toxic cleaning products and methods
• Keep all primary living areas, guest suites, bathrooms, and high-traffic areas pristine, organized, and properly stocked.
• Assist with light setup and preparation for occasional formal events or family gatherings.

• Handle light daily laundry using LG front-loading laundry systems.
• Organize and prepare laundry, linens, and garments requiring professional care or ironing to be sent out to dry cleaners.
• Maintain clean, organized closets and line storage.

• Provide light care and attention to the family’s small Yorkshire Terrier as needed during shift hours.
• Assist with basic household management duties (e.g., package intake, inventory of household supplies, vendor coordination, and restocking).
