The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $80.00 – $80.00 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Temporary, approximately 6 months, with possibility of extension or conversion

FLSA Status:
Non-Exempt

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM; some overtime required for moves, and weekend work required during moves

• Coordinate and manage vendors for day-to-day building operations (deliveries, supplies, janitorial services); partner with the Facilities team to keep buildings safe, functional and comfortable
• Respond to an internal ticketing system within SLAs, address facility issues promptly, perform minor repairs, coordinate vendors for larger repairs, and provide emergency response support with Security
• Own the HVAC program (preventive maintenance, larger projects, vendor relationships)
• Own office moves, restacks and reconfigurations from seat plan through move day
• Manage competing priorities; set up furniture for onsite meetings/events; perform workstation setups (monitors, arms, ergonomic equipment)
• Help maintain SOPs and office culture; partner closely with People Operations, Security and vendors

• 4+ years of experience in facilities coordination and building operations
• Working knowledge of facilities systems (HVAC, elevators, plumbing, lighting) with ability to supervise maintenance, repairs and services
• Experience coordinating office moves or reconfigurations
• Service-minded, solution-based approach; comfortable rolling up your sleeves on tasks big and small
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to multitask
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Coachable, motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment; background at a tech company or smaller/startup environment preferred
• Preferred: experience managing HVAC projects or a preventive maintenance program; running moves/restacks in a multi-building or high-growth environment; vendor management, food and beverage, or hospitality experience; experience managing permit, license and inspection requirements
