We're looking for an experienced technician to join our team at Midas DDO — someone who's been around long enough to have real range, and wants a shop where that range actually gets used. One day it's a brake job, the next it's a full engine swap. We work on all makes and models, so if you like variety and hate being bored, you'll feel right at home here.
WhatYou'll Be Doing
- Everything from routine maintenance to major repairs — brakes, engines, suspension, diagnostics, and yes, full engine swaps
- Working across all makes and models, so no two days look the same
- Digging into the diagnostics other shops give up on
- Lending a hand to newer techs when they hit a wall — we look out for each other here
- Being trusted to run with a job start to finish
- 5-7+ years of hands‑on experience as an automotive technician
- Sharp diagnostic instincts — you find the real problem, not just the symptom
- Your own tools
- A good attitude and pride in doing the job right
