Description:

Our client, a fintech company located in Lower Manhattan is looking for a Temporary Facilities Coordinator to join their team. This position will start ASAP and will be in-office 5 days per week between the hours of 10:00 AM-5:00 PM. Must be flexible to come in earlier or stay later. Compensation is $25-30/hour DOE.

• Maintain office cleanliness and overall workplace appearance
• Perform routine cleaning and facilities upkeep
• Clean and maintain ice machines
• Descale coffee equipment
• Wash and put away dishes
• Restock bathroom and office supplies
• Reorient and move furniture as needed
• Lift and move items up to 30 lbs
• Assist with basic equipment repairs and troubleshooting
• Provide coverage and support when the Workplace Generalist is out of office
• Help manage office organization and desk space maintenance
• Retrieve items from off-site storage locations as needed
• Support workplace operations and address day-to-day facilities requests
• Assist with vendor-supported cleaning and maintenance activities
• Adapt to changing priorities and handle "edits on the fly"

• Experience in facilities, workplace operations, hospitality, maintenance, office services, or related environment preferred
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Resourceful self-starter who works independently
• Adaptable and comfortable shifting priorities throughout the day
• Excellent judgment and professionalism
• Ability to support a busy office environment with minimal disruption
• Comfortable with hands-on cleaning and maintenance duties
• Reliable and responsive with a strong service mindset
